1. Enter your full name
2. Enter your full telephone number
3. The date was pre-selected when the desired date selected from the calendar
4. The time was pre-selected when the desired time slot was selected from the calendar
5. Enter your "3" for your hours time slot.
6. Your desired equipment was pre-selected from the calendar
7. This notes that is an internal reservation.
8. Do not forget to click on "Save". Failure to do so will not register your reservation.

Note: If the time slot you selected is reserved by someone else the system will
             give a conflict notice and not register the reservation!
