Danielle Douglas
Honours Student

I'm currently working on my honours project in the lab, the final step towards my B.A. in Psychology at Concordia University. In this project, we will be looking at how normal variation in amygdala volumes relates to recognition of facial emotions, both implicitly and explicitly.
In general, I'm interested in cognitive and neuropsychological approaches to psychological questions. My research interests, though always shifting, include long-term memory consolidation mechanisms, how emotion affects various memory processes, and how different factors affect eye witness reliability in forensic settings. Outside of the lab, I enjoy reading novels, spending time outdoors, and honing in on my doodling skills.
