Mona Maneshi graduated with B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Communication) from Shiraz University, Iran in 2004. It was the time she got interested in biomedical applications of signal and image processing. So she did her M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering and graduated from Sharif University of Technology in 2007.

She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Biomedical Engineering. Her current research focuses on the application of functional and anatomical connectivity in epilepsy.
